New branding for yours truly. That’s right, it’s just me, my quirky type, emo hair, and playful line work exploring the waters of freelance life. New projects on my site coming very soon 🤙

Seek warmth beyond the things we can’t control
Stay close to those who bring sunlight to your soul

It’s taken me a really long time to find the things that I love doing to be active. My work has me sitting...a lot. And there can be long hours and late nights, sometimes grabbing cereal for two meals in a day (which isn’t the worst thing 😂). I’ve come to a place now where I find not being active in some way, every day, can definitely impact my anxiety. So I try to do one thing every day, whether it’s walking the dogs, biking to a coffee shop to work, longboarding, yoga, or going to the gym.
It’s important to make time for yourself, your health, and your heart. You’ve gotta find what works for you. For me, it’s CrossFit and for so many reasons I’ve fallen in love with it. But that’s just me! You do you boos but get out moving today!

Loving yourself doesn’t have a set end destination. It’s an infinite, winding road with tons of hills. If you can learn to love the drive, the lows might seem a little lighter.
